The GFB Foundation for Agriculture is a 501(c) (3) corporation as declared by the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law). Contributions to the Foundation are deductible under section 170 (c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. The GFB Foundation for Agriculture was founded by Georgia Farm Bureau in 2014. Below is legal language as it pertains to Georgia Farm Bureau Federation. The purpose and mission of the GFB Foundation for Agriculture may be found on this site.

Georgia Farm Bureau Federation is a member of the American Farm Bureau Federation, a national organization of farmers and ranchers including Farm Bureaus in 49 other states and Puerto Rico, and is responsible for Farm Bureau membership and programs within Georgia.

Georgia Farm Bureau programs and services are available only to Farm Bureau members within Georgia.

Some views expressed in these pages may represent the Georgia Farm Bureau’s position on various issues as they relate to Georgia. The positions of the national Farm Bureau organization collectively are expressed through the American Farm Bureau Federation and those views may also be represented here.
